Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the spaces, products, and services offered by CabinHub Collective (“CabinHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a pass, booking a room, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Memberships and bookings

We offer memberships (e.g., Dedicated Desk, Private Office) and on‑demand bookings (e.g., Meeting Rooms, Studios, Passes). Some offerings may have additional terms displayed at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Payments and billing

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
• Meeting rooms and studios are billed per hour; passes at purchase. Taxes may apply.
• Late payments may result in suspension of access.

4. Cancellations and changes

• Hourly bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full credit.
• Monthly memberships can be canceled for the next billing month by providing notice at least 10 days prior to renewal.
• No-shows may be charged in full.

5. Access and use of spaces

• Respect quiet hours and fellow members. Keep noise at conversation level in open areas.
• Use meeting rooms only for the time booked and restore the room before leaving.
• Do not store hazardous materials. Keep walkways clear.

6. Safety and wellness

We maintain safety protocols and green cleaning standards. Follow posted guidance for occupancy, emergency exits, and wellness rooms.

7. Property and liability

You are responsible for your property. Except as required by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items. You agree to cover costs for damages you cause to our property beyond normal wear.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the spaces or network for unlawful activities, spamming, or activities that could harm others or our systems. High‑risk or hazardous activities are not permitted.

9. Privacy

Your use of services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All brand elements of CabinHub Collective, including names, logos, and content, are protected. You may not use them without permission.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post updates with a new effective date.
